Can I join as a local from Portugal?

Yes.

You can either join as a full participant (with accommodation) or choose a local pass.

The local pass is designed for those based in or near Lisbon/Sintra who prefer to commute. It typically includes access to all sessions and lunches on Day 2 and Day 3.

Additional elements such as dinners or activities can be arranged depending on your preferences.
If you’re considering a local pass, it’s best to get in touch so we can tailor it to your situation.

Can I join with my partner or colleague?

Yes.

Rooms can be shared, and a reduced participation fee applies for the second person.

Each participant is still asked to apply individually to ensure the right group dynamic.

Who is this retreat for?

This retreat is designed for founders, marketing leaders, and decision-makers who want to step out of daily execution and gain clarity on strategy, positioning, and growth.

Is the retreat physically demanding?

Not in an intensive way, but it does take place in Sintra, which includes hills, stairs, and walking between locations.

Participants should be comfortable moving around in a natural environment.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes.

All participants receive an official invoice. During registration, you’ll be asked to share your company details and VAT number (if applicable).

VAT treatment depends on your situation and location, and may still apply.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, depending on timing.

Early decision pricing is only secured with full payment.

If you prefer to reserve your spot with a deposit, this is possible at the standard rate:
• €500 for standard rooms
• €800 for superior rooms

The remaining balance can be settled in one or two installments before the retreat.

What is your cancellation policy?

All payments are non-refundable.

However, you can always send someone else in your place.

For local passes, a transfer to a future edition may be possible if requested at least one month in advance.

What is included in the price?

For full participants:
• Accommodation
• All meals
• All sessions and group activities
• Follow-up materials and shared content

Flights and transport are not included.

For local passes, inclusions depend on your selected setup. This can be tailored based on your preferences.

Is there an online version of the retreat?

No.

This is a fully in-person experience.

Some content may be recorded and shared afterwards with participants, but there is no remote participation option.

Sintra offers a rare combination of nature, calm, and proximity to Lisbon, creating the ideal setting to step back, think clearly, and have meaningful conversations.

How do I get there?

Sintra is approximately 25-30 minutes from Lisbon Airport by car.

Uber or Bolt are the easiest options.

Where does the retreat take place?

The retreat takes place at Casa do Valle, a small-scale accommodation with 11 rooms in Sintra Old Town.

What about food and dietary needs?

All meals are arranged with care, and dietary requirements (including gluten-related needs) are taken into account.

Simply indicate your preferences during registration.

What’s the weather like?

Sintra’s weather is generally mild, with cooler mornings and evenings and occasional wind or light rain.

Bringing layers and comfortable walking shoes is recommended.
